Mechanics is a key pillar at FiveCo.
Our expertise in this field allows us to handle complex, multidisciplinary projects. We work with 3D software to design machined parts, sheet metal parts, and injected parts — and within our assemblies, we can also integrate motors, electronic boards, sensors, cables, and any other element needed to deliver a complete product.
Following this design phase, we move on to prototype realisation. The engineer directly contacts our network of subcontractors, built and refined over the years. Upon receiving the parts, they handle assembly, adjustments, and testing — gaining solid hands-on, practical experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
For me personally, the most exciting moment in a mechanical project is receiving from the client a simple idea — sometimes just a sketch — and being able to present them with a fully functional, concrete product: going from screen to reality.
